Pablo of Bernardo & Sons is a true find! He turned my yard from a hot mess to what I think is one of the best front yards in my neighborhood. I am getting ready to sell my home and he worked at a great pace. Excellent communication and so nice and polite. No trying to fleece on price and was very reasonable. He did simple irrigation (no fancy sprinkler system, just some pop up sprinkler heads on a timer coming from the hose connection, but no visible hose from the street. If I had to water the sod by hand multiple times per day it would have died, as would I. I will update my review with pictures tomorrow. Thank you Pablo!
